Andrew is an Associate in the firm's Intellectual Property and TMT Practice Group. He is the firm's IP specialist when it comes to software compliance projects, having advised global institutional clients of the firm on a variety of software compliance and IP infringement cases. Andrew is also active in IP litigation and enforcement in addition to his work in IP commercial transactions and regulatory matters related to trademark and copyright. Andrew also experienced in supporting complex litigation matters by conducting in-depth legal research, drafting pleadings, reviewing contracts, and assisting with case strategies involving bankruptcy and security enforcement. Aside from his focus on bankruptcy and civil litigation, Andrew has experience in commercial disputes and legal risk analysis. He has supported case development for the enforcement of collateral in debt recovery proceedings and participated in consultations involving regulatory compliance and procedural strategy.
