Andyana has a strong interest in Corporate, Commercial, and Capital Markets. She has been closely involved in a wide range of liquidation, debt restructuring, and bankruptcy matters, particularly within the financial services sector. She also advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters, with a strong focus on the fintech, digital banking, and payment services sectors.

Andyana is currently assisting the firm’s Partners in a high-profile liquidation process of one of Indonesia’s pioneering fintech lending companies, a mandate approved by the Financial Services Authority. She has contributed to several legal due diligence processes in connection with the acquisition of Indonesian banks by foreign investors.
