Andyana is an Associate with strong interest in Corporate, Commercial, and Capital Markets. She has been closely involved in a wide range of liquidation, debt restructuring, and bankruptcy matters, particularly within the financial services sector. She also advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters, with a strong focus on the fintech, digital banking, and payment services sectors. Her practice includes addressing regulatory and legal issues arising from technological innovation in financial services, including matters related to personal data protection.

Andyana is currently assisting the firm’s Partners in a high-profile liquidation process of one of Indonesia’s pioneering fintech lending companies, a mandate approved by the Financial Services Authority. She has contributed to several legal due diligence processes in connection with the acquisition of Indonesian banks by foreign investors.
