Ariza Muthia, going by the name Tiara, is an associate with a strong foundation in corporate law and commercial law. Her expertise extends from company establishment and licensing to complex transaction structuring and regulatory compliance.

Among her notable projects are joining as part of the counsel advising FKS Multi Agro Tbk and its subsidiary on a potential investment in port and cargo handling.  Tiara was also part of the counsel advising PT FKS Multi Agro Tbk concerning to the obtaining of Forest Spatial Utilization Permit (Izin Penggunaan Kawasan Hutan) to be utilized for sugar plantation and Biofuel manufacturing plant.

Within corporate law sphere, Tiara was the key contributing lawyers in the voluntary liquidation of PT Gerai Cepat Untung (GOTOKO), a joint venture between GoTo Group and Unilever, advising the management GOTOKO in the liquidation process from the convening of GMS to provisioning advise on employment settlement. Tiara also contributed as lead associate advising PT Kadence International, subsidiaries of Cross Marketing Group Inc., on the capital injection and capital increase of PT Kadence International.

Her experience in legal research extends to providing assistance to the International Energy Agency (the “IEA”),an autonomous intergovernmental organization under the OECD as a legal consultant in relation to a collaborative work between the IEA and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources to review the prevailing regulations governing Critical Mineral and Coal Mining in Indonesia.
