Hanna specializes in Intellectual Property and Technology, Media and Telecommunication (TMT). She advises multinational clients, on a wide range of intellectual property and regulatory matters, including software compliance and trademark issues across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, financial services, logistics, energy, and natural resources. Hanna is also actively involved in IP-related commercial transactions, where she handles due diligence processes, negotiates deal terms, and drafts and reviews a variety of agreements, including licensing, franchising, and IP sale and transfer agreements.

In addition to her IP practice, Hanna is also a certified liquidator and has been involved in the liquidation process of a peer-to-peer (P2P) lending company in Indonesia, contributing her expertise to both the regulatory and procedural aspects of the winding-up process.

Aside from the above, Hanna is also a certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO).
