Lintang is an Associate in the firm's Corporate, Commercial and Capital Markets Practice Group. He focuses his practice on matters relating to M&A, capital markets and general corporate with significant exposure to liquidation, bankruptcy and dispute resolutions as well.

Lintang has gained experience in a wide range of M&A, capital market and commercial transactions and litigation in a variety of highly regulated industries including mining, energy, healthcare, real estate, transportation and technology sectors. He recently acted for PT Intan Bumi Persada as a seller in the acquisition of its affiliate in the coal mining sector coal valued at USD 10 million, and also advised Modernland Group’s subsidiaries in relation to the global bonds restructuring in the Singapore Stock Exchange.

Lintang is also very productive when it comes to assisting institutional clients in their liquidation process. He advises various companies in diverse business sectors such as PT Hallin Marine Indonesia, PT Otraco Indonesia and PT GCC Services Indonesia in their liquidation and dissolution processes, including dealing with complex tax and license revocation matters. Lintang also frequently helps clients investing in Indonesia and navigate the complexity legal and regulatory regimes in Indonesia.
