Liora is an Associate in the firm's Banking, Finance and Fintech Practice Group. She has been involved in transformative, business-critical transactions that focus on technology and financial services and span a wide range of industries, including fintech, banking and payment services. She also advises innovative emerging growth companies on matters related to corporate governance, financing and data privacy concerns of those emerging sectors.

Liora has experience in various facets of fintech, including peer-to-peer lending, payment gateway, e-wallet and alternative credit scoring. Her practice extends to the regulatory licensing needs of the firm's financial institution clients where she currently advises one of the largest fintech Asia in relation to the regulatory compliance and procurement of license for its market entry into Indonesia in the banking and digital payment sectors.

Further, she assists a prominent United Kingdom-based investor on the acquisition of an Indonesian local bank that will be tranformed into a bank with integrated digital banking services, including anti-money laundering and consumer protection compliance related to the day-to-day banking operation. In this matter, her transactional work also includes the identification and preparation of required regulatory fillings to the authorized regulators in charge of the supervision of foreign direct investment, financial services and manpower.
