With more than 15 years of experience, Narendra brings deep expertise and sharp commercial insight to corporate and commercial legal matters. His practice spans mergers& acquisitions, joint ventures, workforce structuring, regulatory compliance, licensing, and complex dispute resolution. Narendra also has extensive knowledge across key sectors such as intellectual property, cybersecurity, technology, media, and telecommunications.

He has consistently advised clients on both contentious and non-contentious IP issues, covering the full spectrum of IP strategy—from registration and transactional matters to the enforcement of rights. His litigation experience includes handling disputes related to copyright, trademarks, domain names, and unfair competition. Narendra has led high-stakes IP strategies for prominent clients and has overseen thousands of software copyright infringement cases, delivering consistently favorable outcomes.

Narendra works closely with both domestic and international clients, including private corporations and state-owned enterprises, across diverse industries such as aviation, construction, healthcare, mining, logistics, manufacturing, and trade. His clients benefit from his comprehensive understanding of Indonesia’s legal and regulatory landscape, as well as his ability to bridge cultural and business gaps for foreign investors entering or expanding within the Indonesian market.

Before founding Tarigan & Partners (which then rebranded to become NARA Law), Narendra was a Senior Associate at a leading corporate law firm affiliated with one of the world’s largest global law firms. There, he served as a key strategist innumerous high-profile commercial disputes spanning banking, employment, anti-corruption, information technology, entertainment, taxation, construction, insolvency, and more.
