Recently, our Partner, Hengki M. Sibuea, was invited as a speaker at the Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat (PKPA) PERADI DPC Bandung, in collaboration with Universitas Padjadjaran.

In this session, Hengki delivered insights on Hukum Persaingan Usaha (Competition Law), a crucial area of practice that continues to shape the way businesses operate and grow responsibly in Indonesia.
